I received a letter in the mail today from Ingersoll Scout Reservation. A bit of info on summer camp:
This letter is to inform you that Troop #0085 has a standing reservation at Gunflint campsite for week #3 which will be from June 29th to July 5th. Be sure to keep this for your records and have available when making inquiries.
Be sure to mark your calendars for the 2008 Pre-camp leaders meeting. These informative meetings will be offered to answer any difficult questions, give you the opportunity at in depth view the 2008 ISR Leader Guide, hear about some new and exciting programs for 2008, including Wilderness Factor, Outpost Programs, and the climbing tower, and meet some of our Camp Administration. A letter for these meeting dates will be mailed to you stating exact locations and how to RSVP. The dates are as follows:
Sunday Feb. 24th, 4:00pm- Bloomington, IL
Tuesday, Feb. 26th, 6:00pm- LaSalle, IL
Sunday, March 2nd, 4:00pm- Peoria, IL
Also, don't forget that June 1st, 2008 is the deadline for final payment and rosters due to W.D. Boyce Council Peoria office.
